I had the pleasure of receiving an access bars session. Unsure of what to expect, Pat explained the process and we began. In less than 10 minutes I was in a deep state of relaxation. With each touch of the access bars, I would have different visions. While explaining this to Pat after the session, she gave explanations to validate what/why I had these visions. It was so cool!
I live a fast-paced, busy lifestyle with not much downtime, so having a deep sense of peace and calmness for 1 hour was great! Even better - the feeling continued even after the session was complete.
