Have you already started wearing your flip-flops, sandals, and open-toed shoes?
Spring brings warmer weather. We don't need to wear so many layers of clothing, and life seems lighter. If you have switched out your boots and shoes for a more summery look and feel, remember to check your feet regularly and take good care of them. Blisters, calluses, and too much sun exposure can create uncomfortable situations! Be kind to your feet.
Make a plan to focus on regular foot care. A good foot soak before bed, followed by rubbing in some lotion or oil, can be very relaxing and a great opportunity to notice any changes in your feet. These physical checks are especially important if you have diabetes or any form of neuropathy in your feet. Closed shoes are a better option in these situations
